Tuition and Fee Schedules (effective 6/2/2024)

Fees Include:

Pay for quality and qualified teachers and caregivers, age appropriate equipment and materials, snacks, milk paper products, and art supplies.

Family Discount:

A discount is offered to families with multiple children enrolled of $5.00 per day total per family account.

Tuition Due:

Tuition for childcare and education is due the 1st day of school each month (unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the director). Tuition is due before services are rendered. We use Tuition Express as our method of payment. A Tuition Express form will be provided with your registration paperwork.

Late payments will be charged a $25.00 late fee. Payments which are not made within 5 business days of the 1st are considered late. If payment is not received by 2 weeks from the 1st, your child will to be able to attend until the balance has been paid. An agreement will be made and signed for how and when past due payment will be made. If this is not upheld, the child's spot will be forfeited.

Registration Fees:

A registration fee is due at the time of registration for each session. the registration fee is a commitment from both yourself and the center to hold your child's spot. It is also used to help purchase materials and supplies to prepare for your child to begin the session they are enrolled in.

Toddler Room

Ages:

1 year old and independently walking - up to 3 years old
Toddlers will need a supply of diapers and wipes provided by the family
Once a child is 2 1/2 years old and potty trained*, he/she will begin to transition to the preschool room as space is available. When. child turns 3 years old, they can no longer be in the toddler room as per state regulations. (2.204.B.4)

Preschool classes are combined ages for part of the daily session, and divided into smaller groups by age for another part of the daily session.

Morning preschool is offered for 33 weeks from late August to late May.
Tuition payments are divided into 9 monthly payments.

* Potty trained in this setting is defined as: a child who wears underwear most of the day, uses the toilet on their own, can dress themselves after toileting, and rarely has accidents.
** Monthly tuition figures are based on 4 full weeks in a month. Billing for the month will be based on the exact number of the days in that month that your child is scheduled for. Break week "sign up only" days will be charged separately.
